Adams' younger sister Amber Lynn introduced him to porn industry. The two kept their relationship secret until they were scheduled to perform in a scene together, forcing them to reveal the truth.
Adams was married in the mid-1990s to porn actress Janette Littledove. After their divorce he married Aspen Brock in 1999.
