The Devil's Doorknob is the name given to a notorious sex act performed in a 1980's German amateur S&M movie. The act involved inserting a corkscrew into the penis, and then pulling it out with force. Filmed with low grade 8mm film, the actual act is edited in such a way as to allow the replacement of the corkscrew we see entering the penis, with something else when it is pulled out. The fact that the withdrawal scene is filmed from a distance has lead some to believe that it was faked.
