Denis Marti was born in Sardinia (Italy) on October 10th 1972.
After a casting with famous pornstar Eva Henger, he began his career with a role in “Tutti I cazzi per Mary”, starring beside Sexy Luna and Franco Trentalance. The movie, a porn parody of “All about Mary” was directed by Massimo Bonera, a.k.a. Il Barone, under the name Fratelli Farinelli. Il Barone was the first important figure in Italian porn industry to realise Denis’ skills and assist his first attempts as a porn actor. In the first year of his career Denis was still focused in his University studies in Modern Literature.
Thanks to his generally appreciated professionalism and the strength of his performances, Denis quickly built a recognizable name in a world where male performers are often mere numbers. He began to work with many of the most critically acclaimed Italian and European directors such as Rocco Siffredi, Marzio Tangeri, D’Salvo , Antonio Adamo, Leo Salemi, Roby Bianchi, Max Cortes, Alessandro del Mar, Silvio Bandinelli, Steve Morelli, Marcus Dolby, Francesco Fanelli, Narcis Bosch, Nacho Vidal and many more.
Denis took part in about 200 movies gaining some important awards such as “Sexpo Globe” 2001, as Best New Male Performer and “Ninfa De Oro” 2002 as best supporting actor at the Festival Erotico de Barcellona.
In 2002 Denis moved to Prague, Czech Republic, where, beside his career as porn actor he begun to direct: his first attempts: “Italian Vacation”, “Secret diary”, Latex Experience”, were shortly after followed by the series “Simply sex” produced by the italian Fusion Films and distributed by New Sensation – Digital Sins in USA with the title “Young & Wild”.
But was with the series ”The ProfessiAnals”, produced by Hustler video, that Denis got his big break as a director. Mark Hamilton, Hustler’s Vice President at that time, saw “Young & Wild” and appreciated the freshness of Denis directing skills. He proposed Denis to take charge of an all-anal series and the sudden success both with audience and critics of the new series convinced Hamilton to offer Denis an exclusive contract and two new series: “The harder they cum” and “Riding the curves”.
Denis’ works at Hustler gained him 9 AVN awards nominations and a strong reputation as one of Europe’s most talented directors, whose trademarks are high quality standards, taste and an unparalleled ability to discover and launch beautiful new stars such as Veronica DaSouza, Victoria, Lucy Nunvarova and many others. With his first feature “ The Porn Identity”, starring Hustler’s first contract star Jessica Jaymes, Denis finished his experience with Hustler to pursue new avenues with his new production company: FACE TO FACE films.
With this new venture Denis started to produce movies for companies such as PINKO, ATV and Pulse which gained him more awards like the Golden Star in Prague and the DeltadiVenere award in Turin, and started a cooperation with the internet powerhouse Eromaxx, directing for some of its most popular websites and the event feature “Coolio & the Gang” (awarded in Berlin at the Venus awards), starring hip-hop superstar Coolio.
Naturally driven to find new avenues and a personal style, Denis moved on once again to a new venture, launching the affiliate program GentleCash.com and producing the websites TitPerfection.com, DickSmocking.com and PornRomance.com
