Julia Giselle {Parker} Bass (aka,Candy Cotton) grew up in Magnolia, a neighborhood in Seattle,Wa. A daughter of a lawyer, in a upscale neighborhood with lawyers and doctors. Because of her extensive use use of ecstasy, even though she doesn't use drugs now (not sure) she has been diagnosed with anxiety issues and has been on anti-anxiety medication since.
