Aurora Snow (born in November 1981 in Santa Maria, California) is the pseudonym of an American pornographic actress and occasional director. Her stage name derives from her two favorite childhood fairy tale characters, Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and Snow White.
She's started acting at the age of 12, performing in local community and regional theater. An honor roll student, Snow entered college at the University of California, Irvine, originally majoring in Theater Arts. During her first year in college, she answered an employment ad for nude modeling, and soon moved on to pornography. She later switched her major from acting to business.[1]
Despite her choice of career, she was initially very inexperienced sexually. Early in her career she wouldn't perform anal, but Chris Alexander of Anabolic Pictures paid for her to see a hypnotist. After practicing at home she was ready to do it on camera, and soon was performing double penetrations and double anals. She quickly gained notoriety for her no-holes-barred gonzo performances. Then she got a contract with Sin City which allowed her to continue her hardcore performances, while giving her the opportunity to perform in features and direct. In May 2005, the company terminated her contract.[3]
In 2003, she was contracted to host Spice Clips and later Private Calls on Playboy TV. In Spice Clips, she showed short segments of porn, and in between she would interact with viewers over the phone.[4] Private Calls was similar to Night Calls, except that the calls were often more explicit, and Miss Snow would often simulate sexual acts and orgasm.[5]
