The Pearl River Plunger (or PRP for short) is a slang term for a sexual position that has become popular in amateur pornographic productions. Its first appearance is difficult to trace but it has recently become popularized by UK porn legend Dick Nasty. However the roots of the act probably stem from the US - with Pearl River being a location in Mississippi. The act appeared on several 1970s movies and was rumoured to be a favourite of Jamie Gillis and Seka.
The Pearl River Plunger involves at least two women and one man. The act needs the woman to sit down or lie horizontally wherein her male and female partners need to climax at the same time. The male then ejaculates on the lady's face at the same time as the second woman squirts onto the prone female.
The act became less popular in the 1980s due to the difficulty in organizing both male and female simultaneous orgasms - as well as finding someone who was willing to take on the act. However, with the boom in gonzo productions the act has once again reached the forefront.
